Digital NOL Card – NOL Virtual Card

Huawei phones previously could only use the virtual NOL card with the “NOL Pay” app. Samsung and Huawei handset owners can activate a digital card called the NOL Virtual Card.

You can pay with this non-contact credit card on metros, buses, trams, and even maritime transport. Additionally, it is accepted by over 2,000 shops and landmarks, including parks and the Etihad Museum.

Activating a digital nol card is easy with the digital nol card app:

• Huawei smartphones must be purchased through an official channel that supports virtual NOL cards.
• Installation of the Wallet app is required (no version 9.0.11.324).
• Huawei IDs must be locally registered in order to use the Wallet app.
• Press the plus sign (+) next to the transit cards.
• The Wallet app only supports Dubai Pay payments for virtual cards at the moment.

As discussed previously, a physical Nol Card must be converted into a digital NOL Card by following the same activation procedure. A physical card’s data can only be synchronized with the Wallet app.

• Download the Nol Pay app.
• Log in to your Noll Pay account.
• When you have decided how much you wish to top off, you can pay with your debit or credit card.
• It may take up to three minutes to top up your virtual card using the internet. If you use a ticket vending machine, it will be topped up instantly.
• You will not be charged an extra fee when topping up your RTA card through Smart Apps, RTA Website, Ticket Vending Machines, or Mahboub Chatbot. But if you top up your RTA card through Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, you will be charged an extra 1 AED.
